Bruce flashes Foggy a smile that's part wry, part apologetic, and then holds the scissors he's pulled out of the bag out to Steve. By way of explanation, he answers, "He's not gonna be happy, when he wakes up, but I need the shirt off of him."

And sure, between the three of them, they could probably maneuver Matt into a position to strip him, but he really doesn't want to do that. He doesn't want to manhandle him any more than he needs to. The guy seems like he's been through enough for one night and Bruce won't risk making it worse.

"And grab a couple of pillows, if you can find them," he adds as an afterthought and once the scissors are handed off. He can guess, just by how pale Matt looks, and the fact that he didn't respond to Steve trying to take his pulse, that he might be heading towards shock, if he's not there already.
