Matt lets out a breath of a laugh -- or tries to, anyway. The sound comes out sounding more like a groan than anything else. It takes him another long moment to find his words, after that, but Steve beats him to the punch, derails him as he continues. He tenses, almost belatedly, under Steve's fingers, under Foggy's as it occurs to him that he's not wearing his cowl, that Foggy must know.
